Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, and report issues.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through training and practice.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example with warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales.
