• 1–2 years in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

• Daily Operations: oversee DCWF, observe traffic, assign tasks, provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists, maintain Pink Standards, document issues.
