Responsibilities

• Ensure Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed.
• Supervise daily checklists and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Support training for new juicers.
• Lead to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Monitor sales targets and support team performance.
