Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sahuarita to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and mentor team members. You will guide guest experiences, ensure safety standards, and drive program rollouts while maintaining MOD’s culture and standards.

The role offers opportunities to lead by example, manage squad deployment, and support training initiatives. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
• Proven mentor, trainer or informal leader
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week (peak hours)

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with deployment of the squad and maintain daily operation charts
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts
• Ensure operating systems and equipment meet restaurant goals (online ordering, catering, reviews)
• Maintain food safety and MOD standards in back and front of house
• Address squad and guest concerns; escalate issues to AM/GM as needed
• Manage cash within the shift and process refunds
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements on time
• Stay updated via Slice communications for squad effectiveness
