Long John Silver's is seeking a Shift Manager to run shifts, lead team members, and support restaurant management. You will share accountability for operations, focus on guest satisfaction, staff development, and growing sales and profits.

The role requires handling guest inquiries, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring proper food handling and inventory management. Strong reading of safety and operating procedures is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months experience as a team member.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Engage guests positively and maintain guest engagement.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest service requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant and functioning equipment.
