Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months experience as team member.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest service needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper equipment function.
• Oversee proper handling and presentation of ingredients and menu items for food safety.
• Forecast sales, create schedules, manage inventory, and complete weekly reports.
