Long John Silver's is seeking a Shift Manager to run shifts, lead team members, and support the restaurant management team. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, team development, and growing sales and profits.

The Shift Manager will address guest inquiries, ensure staff levels meet service needs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and oversee food handling and inventory planning to support weekly and period reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) months experience as team member.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilités

• Run shifts, lead team members, and support restaurant management for all operations.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest service requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Ensure proper handling and presentation of ingredients and menu items with food safety focus.
