Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking a Shift Manager to run shifts, lead team members, and support the restaurant management team. The role focuses on satisfying guests, developing team members, and growing sales and profits.

The successful candidate will address guest inquiries, ensure safe operations, manage staffing, and maintain food safety standards while driving inventory control and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) months experience as team member.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts, lead team members and support restaurant management.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest service requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant environment and working equipment.
• Sort, handle, prepare and present ingredients with food safety in mind.
• Forecast sales, create schedules, order and track inventory, and complete weekly reports.
