Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, ensuring smooth store operations and strong customer service. When managers are absent, you lead staff to complete opening/closing procedures and drive store execution.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, pricing, stocking, displays, and ensuring confidentiality of customer/patient information while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and coordinate activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following POGs.
