Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a strong focus on customer service. When managers are unavailable, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain smooth operations.

Your role emphasizes supporting management, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining merchandise presentation, while upholding confidentiality and CVS standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is unavailable and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by directing, assigning and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; execute promotions and seasonal merchandise.
