Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will be part of the leadership team, promoting brand standards, training teammates, and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership with the ability to supervise peers.
• Good oral and written communication skills and conflict resolution ability.
• Basic math and accounting skills; solid analytical capability.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.
