Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, ensure food quality and cleanliness, and engage guests to maximize guest satisfaction and profits.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to supervise peers while remaining energetic, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Training provided and opportunities for growth available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented, dependable.
• Good oral and written communication, leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic PC literacy.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts.
• Serve as ambassador of brand standards to guests.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Provide guest interactions and resolve issues.
• Work with exempt management for leadership growth.
• Cross-train for other hourly roles as needed.
