CVS Health Corporation in Texas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and foster a customer‑first culture. You will lead staff when managers are absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

This full‑time role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem solving, with flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Mansioni

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supervise crew and communicate with management and staff.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and maintain displays.
