Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Lead daily store operations and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise store crews and communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while ensuring confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per weekly promos and seasonal needs.
