CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, ensuring smooth operations and completing opening and closing procedures. You will lead the staff when managers are not onsite and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: supervise and coordinate store staff; communicate with management and crews.
• Customer Service: assist customers, uphold CVS customer service culture, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, maintain off-shelf merchandise, reset departments per POGs.
