Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Texas is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and deliver excellent customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments, and handle customer questions while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
