Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to help lead the store team, supervise staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly. The role focuses on driving store execution and delivering excellent customer service to build loyalty.

You will assist customers, maintain merchandise presentations, and support management in daily operations while working a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and support store management through directing activities and clear communication.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, maintain displays, and adjust departments according to weekly promotions and planograms (POGs).
