Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Management and supervision of store staff.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and follow-up on all activities to meet goals and standards.
• Communicate information clearly to management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Merchandise presentation and price merchandise; stock shelves and execute displays.
• Execute off-shelf merchandise display and maintenance; reset departments following POGs.
