Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while building customer loyalty through excellent service. This role leads staff when managers aren’t onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed correctly.

The position emphasizes customer relations, supervision, and merchandising, with a 40-hour workweek and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
