Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and delivering excellent customer service. The role leads staff when managers are not onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, maintaining merchandising standards, handling customer inquiries, and promoting CVS customer service culture. Full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Overtime may be required.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of management and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Merchandise, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain displays.
