Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service at our Fallon, NV location.

You will supervise staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and merchandise standards. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and work effectively with store management and crews
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help and thank customers
• Handle customer relations issues per policy and promote positive shopping experience
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays
• Reset departments following POGs
