Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and superior customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise, communicate with management and crews, assist customers, maintain merchandise and display standards, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation, pricing, stock and seasonal displays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.
