CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor for CVS/pharmacy to support store management, drive execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

The role emphasizes supervision, effective communication with management and crews, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while safeguarding confidentiality and standards.

Qualifications

• Deductions, analysis and problem-solving abilities required.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities are essential.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Preferred: prior experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store management and crews to meet goals.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly and seasonal items.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays and restock as needed.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
• Support opening and closing procedures and store operations.
