CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and leading staff in the absence of management.

As a part-time Shift Supervisor, you will handle opening/closing procedures, merchandise presentation, and daily operations while promoting a positive CVS customer experience and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and support a positive shopping experience.
