CVS Health in Petersburg, VA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution, customer service excellence, and loyalty-building efforts.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, supervise daily activities, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead store management and crews, supervise activities, and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following plans of merchandise (POGs).
