The role leads store staff when managers are offsite, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and collaborates with management to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crew and communicate with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
