You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and supervise daily activities.
• Coordinate with store management and crews.
• Direct and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines.
