The candidate should have deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervisory experience and flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Ensure smooth store operations and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and seasonal merchandising per planogram.
