Qualifications

• Retail supervision experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to ensure execution of procedures.
• Open and close the store, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve customer questions and concerns.
