Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are unavailable, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock shelves.
