Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, ensure smooth operations, and uphold exceptional customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

The role emphasizes supervising crew, maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries, and promoting a positive shopping experience. A proactive, flexible schedule is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and maintain confidentiality.
