Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures while maintaining customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes supervising crews, managing merchandise presentation, and upholding confidentiality and policy compliance. A high school diploma is preferred, with a typical 40-hour week and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure store presentation quality.
