Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering strong customer service, store execution and performance. When managers are away, you lead the staff, ensure opening/closing tasks, and uphold safety and quality while guiding the team to a consistent shopping experience.

The role requires flexible scheduling (early mornings, overnights, weekends) and prior supervisory experience in retail.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, restock as needed.
