Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong emphasis on customer service. When managers are absent, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, handle escalated customer questions, price and stock merchandise, and maintain confidentiality while promoting our service culture.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when management is not onsite.
• Collaborate with store management to drive store execution.
• Direct and follow up on activities of the store crew.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs, and inventory for weekly and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
