Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, maintaining a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

The role emphasizes supervising daily tasks, stocking shelves, merchandising, and ensuring a positive patient/customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed, and ability to respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Handle all customer questions, problems and complaints; maintain confidentiality.
