Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in daily execution and customer service excellence. When the manager is unavailable, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, supervising the team, and maintaining accurate merchandising, pricing and stock levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience or equivalently lead-store roles.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure daily opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, stocking and sign displays to meet weekly and promotional needs.
