Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and deliver outstanding customer service. When managers are not on site, you lead the store team and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers, resolve inquiries and escalate issues per policy to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, arrange displays and maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal stock.
