Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Store Management team, drive store execution, and uphold the CVS customer service standard. This role leads staff when managers are not onsite and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not onsite to ensure smooth operations.
