Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in achieving store execution and performance. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain a smooth store operation with a focus on service.

You will supervise crews, handle customer questions, and promote a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality and maintaining accurate displays and inventory. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities expected.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks and monitor follow-up.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and reset departments per planograms.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily execution.
