Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, ensure smooth operations, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will communicate with management and crews, supervise the staff, and help maintain a positive shopping experience while protecting patient confidentiality and maintaining security of information.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, nights, and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when the manager or supervisor is not on site.
