Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes supervising crew, delivering strong customer service, merchandising, and maintaining presentation in line with promotional plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventories in line with weekly promotions and seasonal layouts.
