Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and performance, while building loyalty through excellent customer service. The role leads the staff when no manager is onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, addressing customer questions and issues, maintaining product displays, and upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is absent to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per company policy.
• Maintain merchandise, pricing, shelves and displays.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
