Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and delivering outstanding customer service. When no manager is on site, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to supervise a diverse team, handle customer questions, stock and merchandising, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Manage price setting, merchandising and inventory per planograms.
• Reset departments following POGs and maintain displays.
