Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a strong focus on customer service. When managers are unavailable, you lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays and weekly promotions are executed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities
