Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not on site, this role leads the staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing tasks.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining store standards while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Lead the team in absence of a manager and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers, address questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service standards.
