Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations when the management team isn’t onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures and daily tasks are completed efficiently. You will supervise the crew, support customer service initiatives, and uphold CVS standards to deliver a positive shopping experience.

The role demands strong communication, supervision capabilities, and flexibility to cover various shifts while maintaining confidentiality and service quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crew when manager is not onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Reset departments following planograms.
