Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting customers, promoting CVS service culture, and maintaining merchandising standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of management to ensure operations.
