CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are unavailable, you’ll lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, promoting the CVS customer service culture, maintaining confidentiality, and managing merchandising, pricing, and displays.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
