Job summary

CVS Health in Perry Hall, MD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, support the Store Management team, and help deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time role requires coordinating opening and closing procedures when managers are absent.

You will supervise crews, handle customer questions, maintain displays, and ensure accurate merchandising and stock levels while upholding confidentiality and company policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are expected.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Communicate effectively with management and store crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service standards and greet customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and protect privacy of customers.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs, and weekly/promotional/seasonal inventories.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays and reset departments per plans.
• Coordinate with store teams to follow POGs and merchandising plans.
