Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Perry Hall, MD. You will help drive store execution, support the management team, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed when managers are unavailable, while delivering friendly, service‑driven experiences.

This role includes supervising crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining stock in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite? No, when not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; reset departments following POGs.
